Request from Welsh Government: Free School Meals Extension Primary Age Pupils

Welsh Government is rolling out the extension of free school meals to all primary school pupils –starting with infant school age children from September 2022

“In preparing for this change, it is key that we gain as clear an understanding as possible of the likely take-up across each of Caerphilly County Borough’s infant/primary schools.

 As part of phase one, we need to determine the likely take-up of free schools meals from September 2022 among INFANT age pupils.
