Sharing Sessions

Each class is holding a ‘sharing session’ this term. You will be able to book a slot where you can drop in to school to look through your child / children’s work with them.  By having the sessions spread through the day with a restricted number of slots in each session and using the biggest rooms in the school, we are doing what we can to minimise the Covid risk. As you will only be in close contact with your own children masks are not required. We want you to have the opportunity to see what your children have been doing ‘in person’ and for you to have the chance for them to talk you through their work. I hope that these sessions will be a positive way for us to continue moving further towards some kind normality and, should the situation not change for the worse, for us to have face to face Parent Teacher Consultations after the reports have been sent out at the end of this term. Teachers will either have contacted you already about this or be doing so in the next week.

Parent Governor Vacancy

One of our parent governors is stepping down at the end of the school year meaning that there will be a vacancy on the Governing Body of our Federation. Information about the role and how to apply will be shared in the coming weeks.

Communication

Please make sure that you are signed up to your child’s online class communication platform in order  to be kept as up to date as possible. Messages are also be sent out via our texting service; contact the school office if you are not yet on this system and would like to have your number added.
