Return to School 2021

Dear Parents and Carers,

We have shared the link to the statement released today by the Chief Education Officer for CCBC, Keri Cole, which has been written in response to the announcement made today from Welsh Government by Kirsty Williams.

As stated in the above mentioned statement we will need to assess the situation in which we find ourselves in the new year on those first two days of term in January; so much is as yet unknown. We will do our best to reopen our schools as soon as we possibly can after the blended learning days and will inform you via the school website and text service immediately if there are any updates.

The biggest challenge will be potential staff shortages due to self-isolation or infection and we will be doing everything we can on those first two blended learning days to address this if it has become an issue, otherwise we will be getting back to ‘normal’ as soon as we can.
