Rhydri - Eco Schools Award

We are delighted to inform you that our application for our Eco-Schools Green Flag: 4th Platinum Renewal has been successful!

Keep Wales Tidy expressed their delight of our long term and continued enthusiasm for the programme and the recent excellent work carried out by both pupils and staff throughout the school to increase bio-diversity.

During lockdown the children made bird boxes and Mrs Banks has worked hard to introduce our school Honey Bees. Fingers crossed we will have honey to sell next year.
