Autism Awareness Day - Wear Blue

On Tuesday 23rd March we are asking our children to wear something BLUE to help us celebrate Autism Awareness Day across our schools. Throughout the day, children will take part in lessons and activities aimed at raising awareness of Autism in children and young people. We will be accepting voluntary donations for The Autism Directory, who have recently opened a shop to offer their services in Caerphilly Town Centre. Please do not feel obliged to donate, our main priority is getting the children talking about Autism and looking at practical ways to support their friends and peers.

If you would like to know more, please visit: https://www.autism.org.uk/ or https://www.theautismdirectory.com/.

The Autism Directory have recently started parental support groups which take place on Monday mornings from 10:30-12noon. If you wish to attend their group then please email caerphilly@theautismdirectory.com.
